Tangelos and Ugli Fruits

According to Wikipedia, the tangelo is "a citrus fruit hybrid of a Citrus reticulata variety, such as a mandarin orange or tangerine, and a Citrus maxima variety, such as a pomelo or grapefruit."

'UGLI' is a registered trade mark of Cabel Hall Citrus Ltd., which markets this brand of tangelos from Jamaica. Wikipedia refers to the ugli fruit as the Jamaican tangelo. It was discovered growing wild in Jamaica in 1924; the original tree is believed to have been a hybrid formed from the Seville orange, the grapefruit and the tangerine families. (That last bit doesn't seem to make sense, if you ask me. I copied it from Cabel Hall Citrus's website, and Wikipedia has done the same.)
